Why senior leaders ?

We believe many professionals can benefit from development and support.  So why do we only focus on leaders who are at the head of an organization ? 

We believe that the role of a senior leader is unique because of the paradoxes and systemic complexities they face in their choices.  Nothing is obvious, and everything is connected.
